Streamlines the delivery of key information to Executive team
members and all departments throughout the estate.

WESTON, FL (June 22, 2007) Datavision Technologies, the leader in
business intelligence systems for the hospitality industry, has
installed Datavision Dashboard™ at Biltmore (Asheville, NC).
Datavision extracts and consolidates data from disparate systems
such as PMS, POS, Payroll, Ticketing, etc. into a single data
warehouse. Top level information is then brought together onto a
single graphical dashboard - room occupancy and revenue, food &
beverage information, ticket sales, retail revenue, etc. along
with key metrics such as budgets and per-capita spending.
Tom Stranberg, Director, Information Technology at Biltmore says,
“Datavision seamlessly integrates and delivers data from our many
existing systems, helping improve communication between the
executive committee and their management teams throughout our
property. Multiple levels of management view the same data, with
the ability to drill down into detail if needed. It has quickly
become a strategic tool for Biltmore.”
“We are delighted to continue our relationship with Biltmore.”
says Sudharshan Chary, President of Datavision. “We are excited
about the prospect of providing quick and effective
decision-making tools across the company’s operations, and we’re
confident that our system will streamline the decision making
process at Biltmore.”
Sudharshan continued, “The benefits of using a dashboard to
deliver management-level information are tremendous – large
amounts of data can be consolidated down to a few visual and
highly graphical elements, allowing users to make quicker
business-critical decisions.”
