MyDigitaloffice.com LLC has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such information. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Scope
This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices that myDigitalOffice adheres to when processing Personal Data collected from customers located in European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland to the United States in reliance on the respective Privacy Shield framework.

myDigitalOffice does not share aggregated demographic information with partners and advertisers. And/or myDigitalOffice uses an outside credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling order. And/or myDigitalOffice partners with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services are shared. However, these parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
Purposes of Collection and Use
myDigitalOffice is the sole owner of the personal information collected and has access to/collect information that individuals voluntarily provide via email or other direct contact. myDigitalOffice will not sell or rent this information to anyone. myDigitalOffice will contact individuals via email in the future to tell about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

This is can be verified through looking for a closed lock icon at the top of web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While myDigitalOffice uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers with personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

myDigitalOffice does not process personal information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. Within the scope of this privacy notice, if a privacy complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through MyDigitalOffice’s internal processes, MyDigitalOffice has agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Privacy Shield Dispute Resolution Procedure.
