The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over myDigitaloffice.com LLC’s compliance with the Privacy Shield.
This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices that myDigitalOffice adheres to when processing Personal Data collected from customers located in European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland to the United States in reliance on the respective Privacy Shield framework.

And/or myDigitalOffice uses an outside credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling order. And/or myDigitalOffice partners with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services are shared. However, these parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
Purposes of Collection and Use
In accordance with the Principles, myDigitalOffice will offer individuals opportunity to opt out whether their personal information is (i) to be disclosed to a third party or (ii) to be used for a purpose that is materially different from the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individuals. We remain liable under the Principles if its onward transfer recipients process Personal Data in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless myDigitalOffice proves that it was not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

myDigitalOffice may need to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities for law enforcement or national security reasons or when such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding or court order, or when otherwise required by law.

Wherever we collectsensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. This is can be verified through looking for a closed lock icon at the top of web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While myDigitalOffice uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers with personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Data Integrity & Purpose Limitation
myDigitalOffice does not process personal information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current to the extent necessary for the purposes for the Personal Information is used.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, myDigitalOffice commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Within the scope of this privacy notice, if a privacy complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through MyDigitalOffice’s internal processes, MyDigitalOffice has agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Privacy Shield Dispute Resolution Procedure.
